Welcome to Clawpy!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clawpy website at https://clawpy.ai ("Website"), the Clawpy Marketplace, downloadable kits, documentation, dashboards, waitlists, email communications, and any related services we make available from time to time (together, the "Services").

By accessing the Website, creating an account, submitting information, downloading a kit, or purchasing a Marketplace product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

These Terms are product terms, not legal, financial, compliance, medical, security, or regulatory advice. We do not claim that Clawpy is certified for any regulated use case unless a separate written agreement expressly says so.

1. Description of Clawpy

Clawpy is an autonomous multi-agent orchestration platform. The Marketplace offers free and paid agent kits, divisions, skills, templates, documentation, and operating packs designed to help users configure and operate agent workflows.

Some features may be experimental, early access, beta, or provided for evaluation. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features where needed for technical, legal, commercial, security, or operational reasons.

Clawpy may be used as a local or self-hosted installation. You are responsible for securing your own computer, server, VPS, credentials, workspace files, provider keys, browser/tool settings, and network exposure.

2. Ownership and Usage Rights

When you purchase a paid Marketplace kit, you receive the license described on the product page or receipt. Unless stated otherwise, purchases grant a single workspace commercial license. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish paid Marketplace kits as standalone products.

Free kits may be used according to the license or documentation supplied with them.

Free Marketplace items may be bundled with public Clawpy installations or made available directly from the Website. Paid Marketplace items are not intended to be bundled inside customer installations; they are delivered from the Website or its delivery systems after a valid purchase, license, or account unlock.

Marketplace publishing and storefront operation are controlled by Clawpy. You may not run, mirror, frame, or operate a separate Clawpy marketplace, or use Clawpy branding/catalogue materials to sell third-party kits, unless we give you explicit written permission.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

- Keeping your account, credentials, API keys, and local environment secure
- Reviewing agent outputs before relying on them
- Making sure your use of Clawpy complies with laws, regulations, platform rules, and third-party terms that apply to you
- Backing up important data, code, configuration, prompts, outputs, and purchases
- Ensuring you have rights to upload, process, or use any content you provide
- Supervising any automated or semi-automated workflows before they affect customers, finances, production systems, trading decisions, legal rights, regulated activity, or public communications

4. Payments, Taxes, And Delivery

Paid Marketplace checkout is provided by Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy may act as merchant of record and may calculate taxes, VAT, payment methods, receipts, refunds, and payment compliance inside the hosted checkout flow.

Digital products are normally delivered by license key, download link, account unlock, installer fetch, or post-purchase instructions after payment confirmation.

Prices, bundles, discounts, availability, and taxes may change. If a pricing or product listing error occurs, we may cancel or correct the affected order where legally permitted.

5. Refunds

Unless a product page says otherwise, refund requests should be made within 14 days of purchase. We may refuse refunds where a kit has been abused, redistributed, or used in breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Account, Cart, And Marketing Data

7. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse Clawpy, attempt to bypass licensing controls, interfere with security, upload malicious material, scrape or copy paid kits for redistribution, or use Marketplace kits for unlawful activity.

You must not use the Services to:

- Violate laws or third-party rights
- Build, distribute, or support malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, or deceptive systems
- Bypass rate limits, payment controls, licensing controls, or security measures
- Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute protected content except where the applicable license permits it
- Use Clawpy branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or official marketplace status without written permission

8. AI Outputs And Professional Use

Marketplace kits and agent workflows may produce research, trading, marketing, technical, operational, strategic, or other outputs. These outputs are tools and templates, not financial, legal, tax, medical, accounting, investment, employment, compliance, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, validating, and approving outputs before use. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional before relying on Clawpy for regulated, high-risk, safety-critical, financial, legal, medical, employment, or compliance-sensitive decisions.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party providers such as Lemon Squeezy, payment processors, analytics providers, email automation providers, hosting providers, LLM providers, communication platforms, and customer support tools. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party availability, pricing, data handling, policy changes, or errors except where the law says otherwise.

10. Availability And Changes

We may update, withdraw, replace, or change Marketplace kits and Website features. We aim to keep paid purchases accessible where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, suitable for your intended purpose, or compatible with every environment, provider, workflow, or regulation.

You acknowledge that autonomous and AI-assisted systems can make mistakes, omit context, generate inaccurate information, or behave unexpectedly. You remain responsible for final decisions and for any actions taken using the Services.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of data, business interruption, wasted expenditure, misuse of Marketplace kits, or reliance on unreviewed AI outputs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection law gives you additional rights in your country.
