Payment card details are handled by Lemon Squeezy and its payment partners. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

1.2 Local Install Data

Clawpy can run as a local or self-hosted installation on your own computer, server, or VPS. Local profiles, workspace files, agent memory, logs, vault secrets, prompts, generated outputs, browser/tool settings, MCP configuration, and communication-channel configuration normally stay in that environment unless you choose to connect external providers, send us support material, use hosted services, or purchase/download Marketplace items through the Website.

1.3 Non-Personal Data

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep essential site state, cart state, security state, and consent choices. Analytics, marketing, and support chat technologies are disabled unless you choose to allow them.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We use information to:

- Provide the Website and Marketplace
- Save and recover carts when requested
- Create Lemon Squeezy checkout sessions
- Fulfil purchases, licenses, free-kit downloads, paid-kit delivery, and support requests
- Send transactional messages about orders or service updates
- Send marketing messages only where consent or another lawful basis applies
- Measure product and checkout performance where analytics consent is active
- Provide optional support chat where support consent is active
- Protect the Website against abuse, fraud, and security issues

- Analytics providers such as Google Analytics or Meta only where analytics consent is active
- Customer support tools such as Crisp only where support chat consent is active
- External AI, browser, communications, MCP, or automation providers only when you configure Clawpy to use them or ask us to help with a related support issue

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections or provider transfer mechanisms.

4. Marketing And Cart Recovery

Marketing emails are opt-in unless a lawful soft opt-in applies. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Cart recovery emails are sent only where you provide an email address and choose recovery or where Lemon Squeezy provides recovery for its hosted checkout in accordance with its settings and applicable law.

5. Marketplace Delivery

Some free Marketplace items may be available directly in Clawpy installations or from the Website. Paid Marketplace items are not intended to be bundled inside public Clawpy installations. When you buy a paid item, the Website, Lemon Squeezy, and license/download systems may process the information needed to confirm payment, deliver the item, unlock the license, and provide support.

6. Cookies, Local Storage, And Consent

Essential storage is used to run the Website, remember the goods you add to your cart, maintain security, and remember your privacy choices. Non-essential analytics, marketing automation, and support chat technologies require your active consent before they are enabled.

The consent popup lets you accept all optional technologies, reject optional technologies, or choose categories separately. You can reopen the popup using the "Privacy choices" button shown on the Website.
